Built forthe line.

Our customers build harvesters, slicers, case packers and conveyors. We build the parts inside them that have to fit the first time and survive a second shift.

Agricultural equipment

Lancaster County still farms, and a lot of the equipment makers who serve those farms are within a day’s drive. We build the heavy, abrasion-proof pieces that take a beating in the field.

  • Three-point hitch weldments
  • Header guards and shields
  • AR400 wear strips and skid plates
  • Grain handling frames

Food processing

Snack, bakery and dairy plants run hard on Pennsylvania’s food belt. Their stainless needs clean welds with no crevices, a finish that washes down, and paperwork the auditor will ask for.

  • Sanitary conveyor frames
  • Discharge chutes and hoppers
  • Guarding and drip pans
  • Machined stainless bearing blocks

Packaging machinery

Case packers, wrappers and fillers are precise machines with short lead times. We hold tight tolerances on machined plates and keep repeat parts in programs so a reorder ships fast.

  • Machined aluminum base plates
  • Servo motor mounts
  • Formed sheet guards with windows
  • Welded tube frames

Material handling

Conveyor and automation builders need the same frame five hundred times, and every one has to bolt up square. Robotic weld cells and dedicated fixtures were bought for exactly this work.

  • Conveyor side frames and stands
  • Transfer and merge weldments
  • Pallet stops and guards
  • Kitted bracket sets

“They called before quoting to ask whether our 1/32 radius was real or a default in the model. It was a default. That one call took eleven dollars off every chute.”
